Recruiting in Motion provides employers with an introductory video interview and a detailed resume of pre-screened potential candidates. At Recruiting in Motion, we truly believe in having our clients “see it for themselves”.
OUR SIMPLE PROCESS
First Step:
One of our associates will come out to your office to discuss and analyze your staffing needs. The purpose of this meeting is to: a) fully comprehend the technical requirements of the role and b) understand the corporate culture and truly appreciate the “fit” from a soft skills/interpersonal perspective.
Second Step:
We will then present you a short-list of qualified candidates, all of whom have been pre-screened and are very interested in your opportunity. For each candidate, we will email you a link to our secured web portal that will contain: an executive summary of the candidate, a detailed resume for the candidate, and a video-clip of the candidate.
Third Step:
After viewing each candidate’s resume and video-clip, you will select the candidates whom you would like to meet in person and we will make the arrangements for an interview to take place at either our facility or yours, depending on your preference.
Fourth Step:
We will assist you in all areas of the recruitment process including interview techniques, compensation negotiation, and the preparation and presentation of an offer letter to the chosen candidate. We will also complete professional references and, if requested, criminal and/or credit background checks.
